Be honest and lawful. Reviews must reflect real experiences. No fake, paid or self-written reviews, no misleading claims, no unlawful or harassing content. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

2. Reviews
Reviews must be your honest opinion based on your own experience of the trainer. No fake, incentivised or self-written reviews, no review-gating, and no retaliation against reviewers. We may moderate, edit for length or remove reviews that break these rules, and trainers have a right of reply.
3. Photos and videos
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Where other people appear, you must have their consent. No misleading before/after imagery.
4. Messages and enquiries
No spam, no unsolicited marketing through enquiry forms, and no abusive or fraudulent messages.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful conduct to the authorities. If you think we got a decision wrong, contact us and we will review it.
