How it works
Finding the right trainer shouldn't be a research project.
We keep it to four honest steps. No booking fees, no commission, no pressure to sign up to anything.
- 01
Search your area
Enter a town or postcode and, if you know it, the thing you want to work on. We only show trainers who genuinely cover where you are, so nobody wastes anybody's time.
- 02
Compare properly
Every profile shows qualifications, specialties, prices and reviews from real clients. Shortlist two or three, not twelve.
- 03
Message directly
Send a short message straight to the trainer. No booking fee, no commission, no call centre in the middle.
- 04
Train, then tell people
Agree your plan and get started. When you're a few weeks in, leave a review so the next person in your town chooses well.
Common questions
Before you get in touch
- Does it cost anything to search?
- No. Searching, comparing and contacting trainers is completely free. Trainers pay a monthly subscription to be listed.
- Are the trainers checked?
- Every profile is reviewed before it goes live and each trainer holds a minimum of a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification plus valid insurance.
- What does a personal trainer usually cost?
- Most UK trainers charge between £30 and £60 an hour, with London at the higher end. Block bookings and online coaching are usually cheaper.
- Can I train online instead?
- Yes. Many trainers offer remote coaching, and you can filter for online training in the search results.
