The short version
Report a trainer, a review or any content and our team will investigate. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Reports are confidential — trainers never see who reported them.

1. How to report
Use the "Report this trainer" link on any profile, the report option on any review, or email hello@findmypersonaltrainer.co.uk. Tell us what happened and include links or screenshots if you can.
2. What happens next
We acknowledge reports, investigate, and aim to respond within 5 working days. Outcomes can include no action, content removal, a request for evidence, profile suspension, or removal from the directory. Trainers are told the reasons for suspension or removal and can appeal.
3. Takedown requests
To request removal of content that affects you (for example a photo of you, or a review you believe is fake or defamatory), email hello@findmypersonaltrainer.co.uk with the page address and your reasons. We review every request.
