  Competitive CrossFit

  Been working remotely with Charlie for coming up to a year now (pretty much the length I’ve been doing CrossFit), and he’s really helped me progress at a rapid rate! Within a year I went from complete CrossFit noob to winning my first intermediate competition, placing top 15% in Europe for the CF Open and qualifying for the Arnold Fitness Games in October...
