I know that starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming, especially when you don't know where to begin or you're not feeling confident. But you don't need to have it all figured out before we start!
I'm a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with over 6 years of experience in dance and fitness. Coming from a dance background, I love a good challenge, working hard and having fun along the way!
What I enjoy most is seeing people surprise themselves. Whether it's finally getting an exercise right, lifting a heavier weight or simply starting to enjoy working out, those little wins mean a lot to me.
Whether you want to lose fat, get stronger, improve your fitness or feel more confident, we'll work together at your own pace, focusing on what works for you.
I offer sessions at your home, outdoors or online. I also have qualifications in nutrition coaching and eating psychology, so I can support you in building healthier habits beyond exercise.
My goal is simple: I want you to feel comfortable, work hard, have a laugh and leave each session feeling proud of yourself. No pressure, no judgement!
Who I work with
I welcome complete beginners and people looking for a new challenge. If you’re motivated but unsure about technique or lacking confidence, I’ll support you as you learn. You don’t need to know it all already, being willing to give it a go is a good place to start.
How I train
I create workouts around your goals and abilities, with variety, clear attention to technique and challenges at your own pace. My dance background has taught me the value of consistency and discipline, but I also believe there should be room to enjoy yourself.
My approach to food and exercise
My own experiences with food and body image shape my supportive, judgement-free approach. Drawing on my nutrition coaching and eating psychology qualifications, I help you work towards healthier habits and a more positive relationship with food and exercise.
What makes me proud
I love seeing clients grow in confidence and start looking forward to training. Some have begun with little experience and no equipment at home, then gone on to enjoy exercise enough to invest in their own equipment. That shift in mindset means a great deal to me.
