I am fully qualified and experienced working with all ages, all abilities, and a variety of goals.
My approach
I believe in a full mind and body approach which forms the basis of a tailor made fitness plan. This is delivered online or face to face with optional nutritional guidelines and will always come with a supportive, understanding and positive attitude.
