I’ve been working within the fitness industry for several years now.
I’ve been working within the fitness industry for several years now. Ranging from the NHS funded national weight loss programme, diabetes prevention and cardiac clinics. Throughout this time, including going to university, I’ve developed a great deal of knowledge which I now use to help others on their fitness journey.
My passion for helping others stems from my own fitness journey as I’ve suffered from Asthma since I can remember. However, staying active has helped me to greatly improve my health and push past barriers.
