My journey
I have had to go through life’s many challenges, abandoned as a child by my mother after a messy divorce, sexual abuse, alcohol addiction, anger and rejection but no matter how difficult things have been I have learned that anything is possible if you are willing to forgive and refuse to be a victim.
My philosophy
My philosophy is very simple! If you are out of balance nothing around you will work to its full potential… So let’s put aside all the excuses and get you looking and feeling your best!
