About Michael

I am a fully certified Fitness Coach and Nutritionist. I weighed 130kg before my fat loss journey and lost 40kg before starting bodybuilding.

My approach

I don't promote dieting as diets always end and weight is regained. Instead I teach a new healthier and sustainable lifestyle where you can still enjoy the foods you love and lose fat at the same time.

What I offer

I can create tailored workout and meal plans to suit all including vegans.
